I have been advised by IVT Support to update to version 7, I did that, Ifound the update more advanced than ver 5, the above problem solved both mouse and mobile can connect but now I have the following problems that made me uninstall ver 7 and reinstall ver I even configured isscerdbta Palm TX to do a hotsync and works perfectly.
